The U13 Prince William Virginians started this season just like they ended it last year…WINNING! This team placed 2nd in the Virginia State Tournament in 2005. They advanced to the AAU Nationals tournament in Amarillo , TX and they are ranked 13th in the Country. 

Their current record is 15-2 and they have participated in 4 tournaments so far this year. They received the 1st place trophies in the James River and Stafford Invitational tournaments and only lost one game to the host team at the Lady Gators and Fencor tournaments.

Their team consists of ten solid players so they do not lose any momentum when they have substitutions, foul trouble, or injuries.  They run a trapping defense that is hard to penetrate and causes their opponents to turn over the ball.  Offensively, they can score in the post position and they have an arsenal of shooters who can score from anywhere on the court.  Everyone can handle the ball so they can attack the basket from every angle.

This team which is coached by Nsonji White, Lew Walter, and Derek Caracciolo has played together for three seasons. The players are as follows:
